Salma Al Elnour, Sudan/UAE
Salma Al Elnour (Sudan/UAE) is a writer, novelist, blogger, and presenter of cultural programs, including The Sudanese Novel Forum and With the Daughter of Light.
She is a member of the International Federation of Arab Writers and the Dubai Playwrights Association.
She received the Maliha Literary Award for her novel And Maliha Smiled, along with other regional recognitions. She has authored six literary works spanning both fiction and short stories.
With a background in Pharmacy, she was awarded the UAE Golden Visa for Creatives. Salma has participated in international writers’ residencies and literary forums in Ghana and Nigeria, and was honored by Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed for her volunteer work at Expo 2020 Dubai.
